Protease Inhibitor Cocktail I, [ Catalog # 25,100]

Description: A cocktail of five protease inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of a broad range of proteases and esterases. White Lyophilized Solid. Reconstitute each vial with 1ml water (H2O) to obtain a 100X concentrated stock solution. 1x stock solution contains 500uM AEBSF.HCl, 150nM Aprotinin, 1uM E-64, 0.5mM EDTA, Disodium Salt, and 1uM Leupeptin Hemisulfate.

Protease Inhibitor Cocktail II, [Catalog # 25,110]

Description: A specially formulated cocktail of five protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, cysteine, serine, and metalloproteases, as well as aminopeptidases. Recommended for use with bacterial cell extracts. White Lyophilized Solid. Reconstitute each vial with 1ml DMSO and 4ml H20 to obtain a 5ml stock solution. Each vial contains 20 mM AEBSF.HCl, 1.7mM Bestatin, 200uM E-64, 85mM EDTA, and 2mM Pepstatin A. 5ml solution recommended for the inhibition of proteases extracted from 20g of E.coli.

Protease Inhibitor Cocktail III, [Catalog # 25,120]

Description: A specially formulated cocktail of six protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, cysteine and serine proteases as well as aminopeptidases. 1ml is recommended for the inhibition of proteases extracted from 20g of tissue. Recommended for use with mammalian cell and tissue extracts. Liquid, in 1ml DMSO. Vial contains 100 mM AEBSF.HCl, 80uM Aprotinin, 5mM Bestatin, 1.5 mM E-64, 2mM Leupeptin Hemisulfate, and 1mM Pepstatin A.

Protease Inhibitor Cocktail IV, [Catalog # 25,130]

Description: Recommended for use with fungal and yeast extracts. A specially formulated cocktail of four protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of serine, cysteine, aspartic and metallo-proteases. Clear colorless liquid. In 1 ml DMSO. One ml is recommended for the inhibition of proteases extracted from 20 g of yeast. Each vial contains 100 mM AEBSF, HCl, 1.5 mM E-64, 2 mM Pepstatin A and 500 mM 1,10-Phenanthroline.

Description: A cocktail of four protease inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of serine, cysteine but not metalloproteases. Suitable for use as Protease Inhibitors. White Lyophilized Solid. Reconstitute each vial with 1 ml H2O to obtain a 100X concentrated stock solution. 1X stock solution contains 500 然 AEBSF. HCl, 150 nM Aprotinin, 1然 E-64 and 1然 Leupeptin Hemisulfate.

Description: A specially formulated cocktail of six protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of serine, cysteine, aspartic and metalloproteases. One vial is recommended for the inhibition of proteases present in 20 g of cell extract. Recommended for general use. White Lyophilized Solid. The reconstituted cocktail solution contains 2 mM AEBSF. HCl, 1 mM EDTA, 130 然 Bestatin, 14 然 E-64, 1然 Leupeptin Hemisulfate and 0.3 然 Aprotinin.
Solubility: Reconstitute each vial with 100 ml H2O to obtain a 100 ml cocktail solution.

Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail I, [Catalog # 25,160]

Description: A specially formulated cocktail of three phosphatase inhibitors that will inhibit alkaline phosphatases as well as serine/threonine protein phosphatases such as PP1 and PP2A. Recommended for use with tissue and cell extracts including extracts containing detergents. Suitable for use as Phosphatase Inhibitors. Clear colorless liquid. In 1ml DMSO. Each vial contains 2.5 mM (-)-p-Bromotetramisole oxalate, 500 然 Cantharidin and 500 nM Microcystin-LR. Recommended usage is a 100-fold dilution.

Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail II, [Catalog # 25,170]

Description: A cocktail of five phosphatase inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of protein tyrosine phosphatases, acid and alkaline phosphatases. Recommended for use with tissue and cell extracts including extracts containing detergents. White Lyophilized Solid. Each vial contains 200 mM Imidazole, 100 mM Sodium Fluoride, 115 mM Sodium Molybdate, 100 mM Sodium Orthovanadate and 400 mM Sodium Tartrate Dihydrate. Reconstitute each vial with 1 ml H2O to obtain a 1 ml stock solution. Recommended usage is a 100-fold dilution.

Serine Protease Inhibitor Cocktail I, [Catalog #28,010]

Description: A cocktail of four protease inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of a broad range of serine proteases. White Lyophilized Solid. 1X stock solution contains 500 然 AEBSF. HCl, 420 nM Aprotinin, 20 然 Elastatinal and 1然 GGACK. Reconstitute each vial with 1 ml H2O to obtain a 100X concentrated stock solution.
